Billing Policy

At DFCIARD, we are committed to providing clear and transparent billing for all purchases. This Billing Policy explains how payments, invoices, and refunds are handled.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Shop Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

2. Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.

  • DFCIARD does not store full credit card or payment details.

  • Your financial and personal information is protected according to industry standards.

3. Invoices

  • After completing your purchase, an invoice/receipt will be automatically emailed to you.

  • Invoices include:

    • Product name and description

    • Quantity and unit price

    • Shipping costs (if applicable, free for U.S. orders)

    • Total amount charged

  • Invoices serve as proof of purchase for returns, warranty claims, or accounting purposes.

4. Billing Authorization

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • Orders are only processed after payment has been successfully authorized.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Refunds & Adjustments

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once a returned item is inspected.

  • Refund processing time: up to 24 hours maximum after the returned product is examined.

  • Any billing errors or discrepancies will be corrected promptly upon notice.

6. Taxes & Charges

  • Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable sales taxes for U.S. orders.

  • For EU/France operations, invoices include VAT where required.
