1. Warranty Coverage

  • All products sold by DFCIARD are guaranteed to be authentic.

  • Our warranty covers defective products, including:

    • Damaged cards on arrival

    • Incorrect items shipped

  • Normal wear, handling, or accidental damage after delivery is not covered under warranty.


2. Replacement Policy

  • If your product is found to be defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  • To request a replacement, please contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, a replacement item will be shipped to you, free of charge, using our standard shipping method.


3. Return of Defective Items

  • In most cases, defective products must be returned to us using the prepaid return label included in your package.

  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during shipping.


4. Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your replacement will be shipped promptly.

  • Replacement shipping typically occurs within 1–2 business days.
