Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping with DFCIARD. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns, refunds, and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

2. Return Process

  • Returns are handled by mail only.

  • A prepaid return label will be included in your package.

  • Simply repackage the item, attach the provided label, and drop it off at the carrier’s location.

  • No restocking fees or additional charges will apply.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and examine the returned product, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued within 24 hours maximum after the inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • We gladly accept exchanges.

  • If you wish to exchange your item, please contact our customer service team before mailing the return so we can reserve the replacement product for you.

5. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging, unless defective.

  • Please ensure the return package includes your order number for faster processing.
