1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if it has not yet been shipped.

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 24 hours.
2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

However, you may still return the product within our 30-day return window (see our Return & Refund Policy).

Returns are free of charge, with a prepaid return label included in your package.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed back to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: up to 24 hours maximum after cancellation or once the returned product has been examined (if already shipped).
