Wholesale Policies

Welcome to DFCIARD’s Wholesale Program. We provide special pricing and terms for businesses, resellers, and collectors who wish to purchase trading cards in bulk.

1. Eligibility

  • Wholesale accounts are available to businesses, retailers, or serious collectors.

  • To apply, you must provide:

    • Legal business name or tax ID (if applicable)

    • Contact information

    • Shipping address

    • Resale certificate or business license (for U.S. buyers)

2. Minimum Order Requirements

  • The minimum order for wholesale pricing is $500 USD per order.

  • Orders below the minimum may be processed at standard retail pricing.

3. Pricing & Discounts

  • Wholesale pricing is offered based on volume and product type.

  • Prices do not include shipping, but we offer free shipping within the USA for wholesale orders.

  • All applicable taxes will be calculated according to local laws.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order, unless prior arrangements have been approved.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover)

    • PayPal

    • Shop Pay

    • Apple Pay

    • Google Pay

  • Invoices are provided for all wholesale orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit time: 3–4 business days

  • Orders are shipped within the USA only.

  • Shipping tracking information will be provided for all wholesale orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days for defective or incorrect products.

  • Non-defective items are returnable only with prior approval.

  • Returns are free for defective items, with a prepaid return label included.

  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours after the returned items are examined.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for fraudulent activity, non-payment, or repeated violation of our policies.
