Billing Terms and Conditions

These Billing Terms and Conditions explain how payments, billing, and invoices are managed for purchases from DFCIARD. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Shop Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).


2. Payment Security

  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.

  • DFCIARD does not store full payment card details.

  • Payment information is transmitted securely and handled according to industry standards.


3. Billing Process

  • When you place an order, an invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and sent to your provided email address.

  • The invoice will include:

    • Product details

    • Quantity

    • Price

    • Shipping costs (if applicable, but we offer free shipping in the USA)

    • Total amount charged

  • The invoice serves as proof of purchase for accounting, warranty, or return purposes.


4. Payment Authorization

  • By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

  • Orders will only be processed once the payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.


5. Refunds and Adjustments

  • Refunds for returned or cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time is up to 24 hours after the returned item has been examined.

  • Any billing discrepancies or overcharges will be corrected promptly upon notice.


6. Taxes and Charges

  • Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable sales tax as required by law for U.S. orders.

  • For international operations (France HQ), VAT information is provided in invoices where applicable.
